Our business is primarily commercial and industrial electrical contracting. We also have a division that specializes in new residential construction (250 - 300 homes per year), as well as a service department for electrical repairs and maintenance.
We value our long-term customers and are involved in almost every project they do. Because of our reputation for service and
quality, we're able to negotiate the majority of our work.
The depth of our company is also enhanced by teamwork. Most of us have worked together for many years and enjoy sharing ideas and helping each other. The customer always comes first with us, but we also have a good time.
The organizational chain of command works very well for our company. The number of years of employment for our management team and supervisors is unmatched by our competition in the area. Our low turnover rate also improves the teamwork and depth of our organization.
Our Project Managers and Supervisors have been selected for their management skills and technical ability. Their formal training and experience make them highly qualified to lead and train others in the company to grow in their technical competence. We arrange for and encourage attendance on a continuous basis to seminars and schools on the National Electrical Code, leadership, programmable controllers, OSHA, and other related subjects. Our field is ever changing and we realize the necessity to keep up with changing technology.
